Originally from the UK and raised in France, I developed an international perspective early on—something that continues to shape how I approach different businesses and ways of working.

I began my career in sales with Salmat, building a strong commercial foundation across both New Zealand and Australia. Since returning to the UK, I’ve worked across a range of industries, helping businesses strengthen their sales structure, improve visibility, and make more confident decisions.

Today, I work closely with business owners and commercial leaders to bring clarity, structure, and control to the sales function—without disrupting day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel, motorbikes, and new experiences. At home, life is just as full with our young family and a very energetic beagle—keeping me grounded and focused on building a career that balances ambition with what matters most.
